I am alive and well . . .

. . . and HOME!!!!!! My plane finally took off about 1:30 central time yesterday morning and I got home into my bed about 4 a.m. pacific time. The plane worked, stayed in the air, and I actually relaxed enough to doze a little tiny bit during the ride. It was one of the smoothest flights I've ever been on as far as no bumps or turbulence. My hubby and kids were there at 3 in the morning to pick me up and that made me cry with tears of joy. I'm home, I'm home, I'm home!!!!!

I napped and laid around most of yesterday, caught up with the family last night, and today have a few chores I need to do, but I'm still going to take it easy most of the weekend. And, right now, I'm going to start figuring out something to make, dive back in and get back to work! Yay! Thanks again for all of your good thoughts and prayers that got me through a rough patch!

Welcome home,it seems like you were gone a LONG time. You certainly deserved a rest this week-end to readjust to home life and the time change. Take your time.

Glad to know you made it home, safely. I don't fly well myself, but I seem to get better as I fly more often. I was suppose to fly to Missouri and spend time with my kids at the end of June and then work got in the way, so no go this year again!!! But the next time you land in Springfield, do me a favor and just say, "Hello Missouri, Sharon misses you." Get some rest and thanx in advance for the favor. Sharon

Glad you're home, safe & sound!
Always scary when your flight is delayed and they have to send in a NEW plane... UGH! Flying is such a pain in the arse!
Hope your dad is recovering from his surgery and all is well.
Can't wait to see what artwork you come up with after being gone. I too
need to get back in the studio and do something, anything!
Really love the photos you're sharing to be used as backgrounds and textures. Just wonderful! Thanks!
I also love your new color background of your blog. I also think that black is the best color for viewing art but it isn't always the best for a background of text. Good choice of color!
Welcome home! Have a great, creative week!
xoxo
