I am here

but I've had a friend in need the last couple of days and that has taken me way off task. She is in a very tough spot so it may be a few days before she doesn't need the long talks and a shoulder to lean on. My head is better, the heat is better, the fridge is full, but hubby and grandma are gone and, of course, today the kids need to be taken and picked up all over the place. So bare with me a few more days.

I did manage to list new stuff in my Etsy, and put lots of older pieces on sale if you want to take a look. And, I'm starting to lay out my collage sheets for sale - holy moly, I had no idea how much work was involved and how much stuff I've collected that needs to be scanned. It will be a bit longer before I have them ready but I'll let you know!

I miss my music here. Is it helping comment or visit at all to not have it? Is the page loading faster? Is everyone good with it?

Hey Marsha! I've been so busy, too. Isn't summer supposed to mellow, and time just lazes by...la la la. :) Hope you get to catch your breath soon. xox

Woop woop! I can get on your blog again :-) Ah, this is great, I've missed it. Thanks for sorting it out. Now, can you just tell me why blogger isn't too keen on letting me on my own blog at the moment?!!

So very glad your friend has you there for comfort and understanding - there is nothing else like having a friend who gets you right there when the stuff hits the fan. The kids will learn a lot seeing their mom really devoting herself to her friend - even if they do complain if you are late picking them up or whatever ! ;)
Sending love and prayers for you and your pal !
Love Kim

As my mother used to say "Not enough hours in the day." And she was sooooo right.

She also said "we just do the best we can." Simple, direct and to the point. Makes much more sense to me now.

Be well my friend,

~Linda

Yes, it's great to have a page without music! I always enjoy the blogs that let you visit quietly, without musical distraction.
