I got some of my chores done and took a break to start this piece before I go to bed. As I too often do, I started with the main image and then it takes me forever to figure out a background. I know I should work the whole thing at once but the funnest part for me is the main image. Like playing with paper dolls. So, we'll see how "hope" turns out. I'm kinda likin' the solid red background . . . hmmmm.

Nice to hear your Dad sounded good and was feeling good. I hope things improve for him within the next 3 wks so he is able to have the surgery.
