It's 2:30 in the morning . . .

and a heavy fog has rolled in. I stepped outside to get Mya, my daughter's husky who seems to love the chill of night (dah, right? you don't get much chill in LA), and it is the most silent I have ever heard this city be in the 20 years I've lived here. So still and effervescent. Except my music playing in the background - Into Dust is on right now, one of my most favorite pieces of music . It is remarkable. I can hear myself breathe. I can breathe.

Here's a new version of Eva. If you know my work, as limited as it is, Eva is my most favorite fairy to dress up. Here she is as a pirate.

Okay, I feel like a broken record here...but...how AWESOME! Love the "ribbons" of text and that face -- she's precious!
