It's a Blah Monday in January . . .

Everyone's home so no crankin' music anymore and that makes me blah. I get so much imagery from music. I'm getting wireless headphones for my bday so I can jam and move around the workspace and ignore everyone else. Aren't I awful?

I struggled all day with this simple little piece - had a million different background variations and nothing was right. Tried to go bigger, feeling like I'm supposed to work bigger but I don't like bigger and couldn't get it to work for me. I like small and intimate (and cheap too). I think I got sick of tryin' on this one and just settled and now don't like is to much. I spent so much time on it now I need to other chores before I get back into making something. And, I'm almost out of backgrounds and making backgrounds is a several hour activity. Keep putting it off cuz I don't want to make bigger backgrounds. Maybe I won't. Maybe I'll be a rebel and keep my works small.

I'm gonna try to blog hop and catch up everyone tonight while I do laundry. I stayed in bed most of yesterday and feelin' better tonight.
